Bow And Curtsy

To Bow and curtsy is easy and fun i learned how to do it in grade 5 when I did a school play and i do it nice and graceful.

Hopefully I can do it better and more graceful each time I do it.

Qualities of a Dominant

My Dominant should be able to communicate, he must have compassion, he should be courteous and have manners, he should have grace and elegance, he as to be honest, friendly, loving, caring, sensitive, loyal intelligent, he must have patients and be a good teacher......

He must want to give me his time..

Submission

My submission, who has it...........? My Dominant and no one else gets my submission besides him.

My Dominant has earned my submission so He is the only one that receives my full submission.

I submit to Him fully 24/7, not just behind closed doors but all the time, I would not give my submission to any one else I don't feel its something that just gets handed around, I feel it is something special between the Dominant and submissive, He earned His right to be my Dominant and to be called Master, He has earned the right for me to kneel before Him, so no one else gets my submission, only my Dominant.

Age play

Age play, acting younger than you really are, do I want to do this, no I don't think so I enjoy my adult ways to much i'm not sure I can put a diaper on and suck a dummy or go back to the school age and put pig tails in my hair, I am to set in my normal grown up ways. So for me I think this is a hard limit but I would be willing to try it with the right Dominant if he were to try push my limits a little, because that's what they do push our limits a bit and let us see if we would enjoy something. I see and know a lot of girls that enjoy age play and In a way it looks fun but still not sure if it's for me.

Rise from the floor

Rise from the floor

Have you ever tried to rise from the floor with finesse, I bet it sounds very easy, but once you try it you notice it's actually not as easy as it looks.

After a lot of practice I can do this well and Its not as bad as in looks when you start attempting to do this, all it takes is some time and practice, by the time I was finished practicing i was able to rise without using my hands, and I did it balancing well and not loosing my balance at all i managed to do it gracefully. I feel all submissive's should try this often till you can rise gracefully for your Dominant.

Feeling negative about submission

There have been times when my submission lets me down, but i'm still here and its the way you work on the negative feelings and concentrate on the good feelings. And yes people have criticized me for being a submissive, but again its how I deal with it in the end because after all this is MY life MY submission who are they to be judging me.

I have never looked back on my submission and thought "this is a mistake" I love being a submissive. Controlling my negative thoughts in the beginning was difficult but as i grew older so did my submission and so the negative thoughts became less its basically fixing your own mindset.

Positive Thoughts

1. Think positive

2.  You don't need someone to complete you, you only need someone to accept you completely.

3. Replace all your negative thoughts with positive ones

4. Always smile at others thus making you feel good for that moment and it will give them a positive feeling, making someone else smile.

5. Try think of something positive when you wake up in the morning.
